ChronoZero · Experimental alpha
Plan around
capacity,
not just time.
An adaptive day planner. ChronoZero estimates how much demanding work you can realistically carry right now, reading your recent activity, sleep, reported energy and real commitments, then keeps rearranging work and recovery as the day actually goes.

The problem
Your calendar knows your time.
It does not know your capacity.
Every hour in a calendar looks identical. The hours themselves are not. The same two-hour block can absorb hard analytical work in the morning and refuse it entirely after a fragmented afternoon and a short night. So plans that were technically open turn out to have been unrealistic, and the work slides to tomorrow, which was already full.
Task managers record intent
They hold what you meant to do. They have no opinion about whether now is a sensible time to do it.
Calendars protect slots
An empty slot is treated as available capacity, whatever happened in the four hours before it.
Habit apps reward streaks
They optimize for the record rather than the trajectory, and they push hardest on exactly the days that called for recovery.
How the experience works
Four things happen, continuously.
-
01
You tell it very little
Your calendar, the activities that matter to you, and a short daily sense of how you feel. Optional 30-second readiness checks sharpen the estimate. No wearable is required.
-
02
It maintains a running estimate
A model of your fatigue, focus, drive, and recovery is updated from what you actually did, not from what the plan said you would do. It is an estimate, and it is shown as one.
-
03
It recommends the next block
Focus now, lighter work, recovery, or stop for the day, placed around commitments that cannot move, with the reasoning attached so you can disagree with it.
-
04
It replans when reality diverges
A meeting overruns, a session goes badly, an evening disappears. The plan is rebuilt from where you actually are, without a guilt screen and without starting over.
estimate → recommend → act → observe → replan
What you actually see
One timeline for the day you planned
and the day you had.
Fixed commitments stay where they are. Behavior records what happened. The suggested track projects a small number of useful next windows, provisional and always yours to override.
The web application collects the same day into one working surface.
What makes it different
Four commitments, not features.
Recovery is part of the plan
Rest is scheduled, not tolerated. A day that ends early on purpose is a successful day.
Distraction is logged without penalty
No streaks, no badges, no guilt copy. Being pulled in by systems built to pull people in is information, not a failing.
Recommendations are overridable
Every suggestion can be corrected, replaced, or ignored, and your correction is what the model learns from next.
Reasoning is visible
You can open why a block was suggested. A system you cannot argue with is a system you cannot trust.
Private alpha
Access is approved one person at a time.
ChronoZero is early software with an operator who reads every report personally. Access is opened slowly so that it stays that way.
- 1You join the waitlist with an email address.
- 2The request is reviewed by hand.
- 3Once approved, that address can create an account with Google or a password.
- 4You are in, and expected to tell us what breaks.
Free during the alpha. Expect bugs, downtime, and changes that reset parts of your data. What to expect, and how to report a bug.
Data and trust
The whole point is a system
that works for you alone.
Hosted in the EU
The application, database, and encrypted backups run on EU infrastructure. Backups are encrypted off-host and restore-tested.
Never sold, never advertising
Your data is used to run the planner for you. It is not sold and not shared for advertising.
Export and deletion
Request an export or a full deletion from Settings, at any time, without writing an email first.
Not a medical service
ChronoZero is not a medical device and gives no medical, psychological, or professional advice. It is a planning aid.
Product
What ChronoZero does
The adaptive timeline, Power Zones, reconstruction, and the loop that keeps a plan honest.
Technology
How it works underneath
A digital twin, state estimation, and reinforcement learning for cognitive scheduling.
Manifesto
Why it exists
The machinery built to capture attention, turned around and pointed at your own goals.
